Wellbeing, Mindfulness and Relaxation with Sarah Tully (in County Library, Tallaght)
(Part of: Bealtaine) This is part of the Bealtaine Festival "Celebrating Creativity in Older Age" events. Tuesdays 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd May, 1.00 - 2.00pm. The programme will cover the following issues: Week 1 - Stress Management, Week 2 - Positive Mental Health, Week 3 - Looking After Myself First, Week 4 - Personal Wellbeing & Mindfulness. Blankets & yoga mats will be provided and participants are asked to wear comfortable clothing. All our programmed events are free of charge but places are limited and booking is essential.
