We are aware of issues with our national library system.

As well as problems checking your online account via Encore, patrons may not be getting emails concerning items they have reserved which are now available.

We apologise for these glitches and encourage patrons to check with library staff in branches or over the phone regarding availability of titles reserved and due back date of items on loan.
